Yes, the world makes sense to me, too today. I wanted to share this from Tumblr. Great day indeed for all Human Beings... that IS what we are. And as a fellow Human Being who walks on this Earth in this lifetime. Our life ought to be live and let live, do no harm and help each other the best way we can with truth, with love and respect. I am not being political, I am stating how I feel regarding the rights of all Human Beings to be treated as EQUAL around the world. I will continue to fight for these rights by being an example of live and let live to be free with truth, love and respect to you. I wish you peace wherever you go, and live in peace. I love you, I do. Kat
He was never called "Dad" - not by us, his four children. He was Papi, Pop or Father - that was it! It was hard to find a card for Father's day... because most of them have "Dad" - but Pop, did fit the bill... not the name. He was a free spirit fellow who had a great creative mind. Though his upbringing he was a lost soul in many ways because of the lack of encouragement a child needed to have to be a strong minded self in the world. Though through his children, he did not want us to make the mistakes he did... he in his own childlike manner and common street sense gave us a direction along with Mom to be kind respectable human beings. Both my parents taught us: When you look at someone, look at them as a human being - forget the gender, the color of their skin, their culture... they are human beings and we should all give each other respect. If they don't give respect back, pray for their soul, for all of us that walk on the earth ought to strive to respect one another. Also keep in mind to learn something new everyday. Noting women in the world were "Second Class" while he was growing up... You must be smart women, learn to negotiate with your minds and never with your bodies. Don't grow up to be a stupid woman. Today I respect all human beings, I judge no one. I am no greater nor lesser than my fellow human. To me, you are equal in my eyes and will always be. I am grateful for my parents to teach me love, respect kindness even to strangers. Street smarts & common sense with the little material things we had. Material things don't make you - they said, because that could be taken away in a blink of an eye... But what can never be taken away from you, is the spirit of who you really are. Be that person and you will be a rich woman inside. I am the riches woman in the world for all that I am today. I thank today my Father as I thanked Mom. I love you as you are forever in my heart. Love, Katherine.
