 The snow storm has passed. I have two days of photos taken from my front door walkway.
I have no idea how long it will take to shovel my way out, as I'm not getting younger... lol!
Though I and grateful not to lose power, for a bit it seemed touch and go. You never know what a storm can bring... Going out every two hours to shovel my front walk way as it is my only way out... I'll be resting with a good night's sleep.
I hope everyone that had gone through this is safe.
Everyone stayed off the roads... but I do dread if we can venture out Monday... we shall see. Be safe and enjoy the quiet treacherous beauty that Winter can be.

I am Just an Empath

Some folks don't realize the sensitivity of an empath.

There are many degrees of feeling in an empath

as some of us feel much more greater than others.

We are vulnerable,

yet, strong ... but not to be taken for granted.

Our intuition serves us well - even when we don't use it

but when we do, look out!

You will never find one so loving so kind

so loyal, as a empath.

You can mistake our strong feelings as being obsessed

quirky or exhausting... Yes, I feel that way all the time.

We empaths seek each other's company

for we know and accept one another - you know,

the been there, done that sort of thing...

and I am so grateful to you,

for your understanding,

I am

because without you...

I am lost child

inside my soul

when all I want

is to feel free to be, me.
